В смысле, не буквальные обоснования бидона, а тот факт, что минюст, суды, прокуроры, судьи, адвокаты и т.п. - глубоко, стопроцентно политизированы и абсолютно регулярно и повседневно принимают решения не на основании закона, а на основании партийной выгоды. Все знают, что они шьют политические дела, и любой назовёт десяток-другой известных ему политических дел. Закон используется лишь в качестве ширмы - когда на него нельзя просто наплевать. И это тоже считается даже не нормальным, а абсолютно необходимым для любого партийца, какое бы положение он ни занимал. Разумеется, когда мы их - это совершенно нормальное и естественное положение в Нашей Демократии. Вот если бы они нас - тут уже будет фашизм. Это Наша Демократия (ТМ), а не ихняя.
