Собсвенно, на моё ИМХО, основной целью вована изначально было объединение остатков сов. ВПК, что бы была более-менее целостная система, от Украны хотелось в первую очередь Южмаш (тяжёлые ракеты) и Мотор-Сич с сопутсвующими производствами (всякик авиационные движки).

Я внимательно следил за производством оружия в Украине между 2014-2022. Любая попытка закупать что то за границей, а не заказывать на месте, вызывает немедленный вой и обвинения в зраде. Мол, надо свое производство поддерживать. То, что многие производства травой заросли и не в состоянии производить оружие сериями, не воспринимается всерьез. При том, что они много чего бы могли производить сами(и производят), если сосредоточатся на том, что умеют, а не на мечтах о славном прошлом.
Вот и получается, что бюджет военных закупок размазывается на хрен знает что.
